A House Named Jane is the fourth episode in this brand new animated sitcom, ROOMIES. In this episode, Mr. Daz decides to install smart features into the apartment. From automatic lights to facial recognition doors, the apartment has had a complete makeover. While Mr Daz is keen to learn all of the features that Jane has to offer Nick is not to keen and is more annoyed that Mr. Daz had everything installed behind his back.

When Mr. Daz hits Nick with his car and breaks his leg, leaving him to be homebound for six weeks. How will Nick and Mr. Daz cope with the change in the brand new Roomies Animated Stories?
